Naomi Engelkamp is an Internal Family System (IFS) therapist and coach specialising in those with emotional eating patterns and addictive compulsive tendencies. Naomi’s main joy is found in supporting women to find and nurture their unique gifts and passions. Naomi works systemically, accessing phenomenology in women-only group settings to help loosen the ties that keep us bound to limited viewpoints about ourselves, allowing us to more fully embrace our own capacity to live with more creativity, ease and joy.

Frances Goodall is a Wellbeing Coach who draws on over sixteen years of training and experience in the area of health and wellbeing, and personal and spiritual development. Her work is influenced from her own experience of healing from CFS/ME 2001-2006, a spiritual emergency 2005-2007 and a decade helping others to heal from chronic illnesses as a bodyworker, coach and psychology practitioner. Frances is passionate about helping others to achieve their health goals and to awaken to their true potential as they physically heal. Frances is also an EFT Trainer and the co-founder of Women’s Wellness Circle.

We’re thrilled to offer you an evening of connection, healing and self-care with a circle of women by your side. It’s powerful to do deeper work and self care when we have women by our side, a supportive container for our growth and expansion.
